Low low low pay. They eliminated our bonuses just before they were due to us. They promise hybrid work schedule but make it impossible to qualify for it. No experienced recruiters in this office, they all left. Biggest con is that clients do not offer much feedback on candidate rejections, so you never know how you can improve.

No work life balance, all you better be doing is working or you’re not good enough. Don’t expect a raise but expect for everyone’s work to be given to you when they quit or if they aren’t good at doing it themselves. The owner is the most toxic person in the company and is extremely disgusting. No one respects anyone, it’s every man for themselves. High school drama environment. The turnover is more than a fast food restaurant because of the unrealistic expectations while working for bare minimum pay, the outrageous workload, the deadlines, the commission structure, the lack of morals and respect, the owner making degrading comments if you’re not up to his standards and so much more. There is nothing good to say about this company and the only reason I gave it one star is because I had to. Stay far away
