      Pros

      My office/team is great and very supportive. I've been in recruiting for a decade and the commissions plan is outstanding. My personal manager is very dedicated to growing the team professionally and is always willing to help. I really enjoy the culture of our office, the people I work with on a daily basis, and the roles I'm recruiting for.

      Cons

      Insurance premiums are a little high for coverage outside of yourself.
