Pros

Revvity is a massive corporation. Good salary and benefits.

Cons

Company is slow to react and adapt to changing circumstances as is typical for large organizations. Some products are good, some not so great. Carefully vet the part of the organization you are working for.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and for the three-plus years you’ve spent with Revvity. We’re glad to hear you recognize the advantages of being part of a large, global organization, including competitive salary and benefits, such as comprehensive health and well-being programs, retirement offerings, and our Employee Assistance Program that supports colleagues across different stages of life and career. We also appreciate your candid feedback on the pace of change and variability between different parts of the organization. As a company with a broad portfolio spanning life sciences and diagnostics, we’re continually working to streamline how we innovate and respond to customer needs, including through structured feedback initiatives like our People Experience Survey, Idea Generator, and our Innovation Hub, which help teams share ideas and drive improvements across products and processes. Pros

During my time at Revvity, I had nothing but positive experiences with all those who I worked directly with and the team I was part of. I would say the benefits are in line with the industry and the flexibility to work from home was an added benefit.

Cons

The biggest con was lack of promotion and raise.

We’re glad to hear you found the pay and benefits competitive — supporting holistic well-being is important to us, and we continually invest in medical plans, life and retirement programs, and additional resources such as our global Employee Assistance Program. We also appreciate the meaningful contributions you made during your time with us.
