      Can't even think of one to save my own life

      I had a phone call/interview set up with someone on their recruitment team. They never ghosted me and never bothered to communicate if there was a change in their decisions. I never expected this unprofessionalism from the lowest levels of their hiring process.

      Hopefully You Don't Plan on Getting Pregnant While Working Here

      Overall it was a great work experience up until I got pregnant. Team size was okay for field work, and compensation was decent.

      Cons

      When I submitted my pregnancy declaration (because I worked in the field around radiological and biological hazards) I was told by EHS that "we don't hire enough female engineers to justify doing a risk assessment." When I asked for EHS to do one because I was, in fact, a female engineer who was pregnant, they said "just do whatever your OB tells you." ???? Turns out, they don't really care about safety in the field, only safety at their own sites. So, like the headline says, hopefully you don't plan on getting pregnant while working here if you're out in the field cause you'll be on your own with no guidance and no support.
