      Sadly beginning to fall apart

      Pros

      Some incredible people to work with. I was able to develop effectively here.

      Cons

      Some toxic management, fast shifting priorities, and ineffective HR. Predictable issues are not addressed or prevented and as a result lead to fallouts which massively affect staff morale and satisfaction, thus the cycle continues.
