Pros

-People can get away with everything -Laid back attitude -Great people and friendly atmosphere -A lot of freedom with learning new things and growing

Cons

-People do get away with everything -Not a lot of passion, 9/10 people are just trying to make ends meet -Bad pay and promises will not be kept -Seemingly huge lack of respect for employees below upper management -No future for young employees, when asked about this the CEO was quoted as saying "AI and machine learning will be important." -Shocking lack of HR and ethics
