Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for being part of Revvity for several years. It’s great to hear you enjoy the environment around our Cambridge site — our workplaces are intentionally designed to foster collaboration and reflection, aligning with our Collaborative Community value where people can connect, innovate, and do their best work together. We understand that the distance from the city centre may be less convenient for some colleagues. We continuously look for ways to make the employee experience more comfortable, including local wellness events, onsite conveniences, and flexible working arrangements that support our Holistic Well-being Support commitment. We’re glad you’re part of our purpose-driven community helping to advance science and health innovation every day.

Pros

I’m based in the Kraków office, where we support colleagues worldwide with end-to-end financial processes, analytics, and expertise. It’s a friendly, supportive environment with lots of opportunities to learn and grow. What really stands out for me is the engagement of people – both employees and local management. Thanks to their involvement, we have great local, self-organized initiatives, activities and events. Colleagues also organize knowledge-sharing trainings (e.g. RPA, AI, Change Management), helping others develop new skills. Many people have been here for over 10 years, which says a lot about the culture. The company is certified as a Great Place to Work – and it truly deserves it.

Cons

The salary could be higher, especially considering the increasing cost of living — it sometimes feels like we earn the same or even less in real terms.

Pros

These cons points are shared solely to help others navigate the process smoothly and ensure a clear and professional transition.

Cons

Sharing a few observations that may be useful for colleagues in the event of future restructuring exercises. Restructuring announcements may sometimes take place with limited notice (can be immediate). In certain cases, employees might be invited to meetings under other pretexts, which may instead serve as notifications of role redundancy. It is therefore recommended to remain prepared and ensure all personal and professional matters are in order. When offered a compensation package, it is advisable to carefully verify all calculations, including last drawn salary and payout components, before signing any documents, as miscalculations may occur. Every detail matters. During the handover process, it is best to return company belongings directly to the HR representative in person. If returning items through the front desk as instructed, be sure to keep detailed records—such as photographs or written acknowledgments—to avoid potential misunderstandings. HR may not proactively verify the return, which could delay or affect the release of the final payment.
