Hard work in a positive environment

Pros

Asperity work hard to maintain a great work culture, with an emphasis on the employees there. The people are motivated and talented and age does not factor into whether you are taken seriously or not. Company is forward thinking and successful.

Cons

Pay is not great for the hours you have to put in and can be stressful at times. It seems that low level management don't have the time to be managers but this may change over time as the organizational structure is changing.
