Hi there, Thats for writing the review on Glassdoor today, I really appreciate it. I agree that life at RG is fast paced and for people who like that it's great, exciting place to be and learn and grow but its not for everyone definitely. Even I have moments when I want it all to slow down - but normally just for a moment! On your advice to management comment - I wonder if that means you think that you or your team is sometimes micro-managed? Or is it just something that you're aware of that you don't want to slip in? If it's the former then maybe bring it up at your next 1-2-1 with your manager, just discuss it with them. I don;t know what team you are in so I don;t know if it's a new team or a new manager or if it's one of the more established ones. Often these things settle down after a while, but do think about bringing it up gently as a chat if you can. or if it's not a big deal, just keep an eye on it in case it creeps in. We've built a great business by getting in just the right about of supervision and management, and plenty of autonomy, trust and freedom and I'm with you - we want to try to keep a great balance.
