Constant change can be hard for people in a fast moving market

From my experience, the company has been lacking clear direction for quite some time, especially following the Edenred acquisition. Priorities seem to shift constantly with little explanation, leaving teams unsure what they should actually be working toward. Leadership often seems out of their depth, and decisions frequently feel reactive rather than strategic. This has contributed to losing some very strong people who were core to the company’s culture and capability. Turnover is high, and it shows. Team collaboration has deteriorated significantly. Instead of working together, teams often feel siloed, misaligned, and sometimes even competing with each other. As a result, the focus on the client has slipped, client needs no longer feel like the driving force behind decisions or priorities. The product itself has fallen behind the times. It feels outdated, with recurring faults and limitations that make it hard to deliver the experience customers expect. Investing in modernisation doesn’t seem to be a priority despite ongoing issues. Overall, the culture has shifted from being people and client-centric to feeling corporate, disconnected, and demotivating.
