Pros

Pretty good with my immediate co-workers Good benefits

Cons

Micromanaged and held to UNREALISTIC phone metrics; while those same people don’t even know how to use the equipment that we use. Nor do they even know, or underst and the phone metrics.

Pros

Great benefits, PTO, nice & friendly co-workers, nice office, catered lunch... Would take any role in this company before this position..

Cons

I would never recommend this position to anybody. Micromanaged, the members & management question everything you do. The disrespect from members is the worst I've dealt with in over a decade. Be ready to get taken advantage of and like you don't know anything even if you have a great satisfaction rating. The pay is no where near what it should be dealing with 15 different brands through email, phone, chat and other escalations because managers rarely ever speak to someone even if they request someone.. Make sure you have a good therapist & enjoy being talked to you're useless! You're basically an IT/Help Desk for all senior citizens from every hotel & airline you can think of while being screamed at & disrespected for 40 hrs/wk.
