We appreciate your perspective and the time you spent writing this review. We are very excited about the direction and momentum we have gained in the last year since having new ownership. The company has invested in Technology, People, and building better processes to drive the business forward. We understand that our sales organization has high expectations and that may not be for everyone; working remotely requires discipline and a proven practice for success. Our compensation model rewards achievement of goals. We have great investments planned for 2019 that will create better product offerings to our current clients and attract prospective clients.

Pros

I can honestly say that the current state of this company has nothing positive to offer the sales force.

Cons

If you don't sell four deals per month you will NOT have a job. Micro management at it's best. Your activity is tracked on a daily basis. You are not paid commissions if you don't sell minimum requirements. Turnover is constant because if you don't sell the required amount of deals over a 90 day period you are put on a PIP(Performance Improvement Plan) If you resign they will NOT pay you if you give an industry standard 2 week notice and no PTO is paid because the new ownership changed the policy to vacation upon request, no time is accrued. The product is not well received, restaurants delete constantly and are always complaining that the fees are too high. The pay is terrible and the work life balance is worse. Many negative reviews about RN on the internet, see for yourself.
