Pros

I love my job and have been working here for nearly 10 years. I enjoy meeting new clients, working from home, and having the flexibility to meet restaurant owners on my own schedule. Our teams are fantastic—from my local peers and regional manager all the way to the CEO. The internal teams in Chicago are incredibly supportive; everyone is helpful, and no one ever gives attitude or makes you feel uncomfortable. The work-life balance is excellent, and the unlimited PTO, as long as you meet your goals, is priceless.

Cons

Recently, we’ve taken on more responsibilities to maintain some of the accounts. While we receive support for managing larger accounts, we now handle the smaller ones ourselves, all while bringing new restaurants into the program.
