Pros

Helping restaurants and meeting great entrepreneurs.

Cons

RN has a bad reputation that they have not overcome yet in the industry. They say all their open positions are due to growth, but beware it is due to constant turn over because of unrealistic goals. They are quick to put sales people on plans within the first 6-9 months. The real problem is that the restaurants base also never grows because of constant turnover due to lack of attributable and sustainable results.

Pros

good benefits and that's about all they have going for them.

Cons

outdated product, extremely poor leadership, they claim to be a "hip tech" company but there is no "tech". they put restaurants out of business by charging them for their existing customers...most reviews are written by management to counteract the actual employee reviews of what a terrible company it is. they are basically glorified loan sharks. HR has been notified on multiple occasions on how unethical certain individuals are within the org and they continue to overlook it.
