Pros

Rewards Network is really investing in their technology, which makes for interesting and exciting projects. Most coworkers are engaged and take initiative. The next few years look bright for RN. Management is receptive to feedback and shares company updates every two weeks in an office hours meeting, where questions from anyone in the company are welcomed. We have been working remotely since COVID, but before that the office was very welcoming, people ate lunch together and there were several social events like a book club, board games at lunch, etc. Despite moving to remote work, there's still a lot of camaraderie and time spent on a bit of small talk and relationship building. Great work/life balance, especially through the pandemic.

Cons

With COVID, its a bit uneasy of a time to be in the local restaurant industry, but the transparency from the leadership team helps a lot with keeping confident that the company is well-positioned to continue to be successful post-pandemic. Its a small company so not a ton of room to move and grow into different positions if that's what you're looking for.

Pros

Autonomy to reach sales goals without micromanagement. Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule - unlimited PTO. If you need a day or week, take it, just make sure you have planned ahead to reach your target - just like any sales position. Base pay + the variable compensation is paid on based on performance. Obviously, top performers are the higher earners, The company adjusted the comp plan to accomodate the changing market with restaurants to give Account Executives the opportunity to earn even though most restaurants were under heavy restrictions. Management is very supportive and helpful. 2020 hit restaurants very hard but the Company seems to have weathered the storm. Brought furloughed people back when many other companies did not. Great company to work for. Look forward to what 2021 will bring.

Cons

Not really a con, but a reality that a sales requires performance. For someone who does not want to be accountable for their results, this would not be a good fit as there is an expectation of results. Account Executives need to be real hunters.

Thank you for your feedback. We hope you are enjoying your time with us. We believe the restaurant industry will see a positive turn in the near future as more cities open indoor dining and we approach Spring which provides warmer temps for outside dining . We've also seen great momentum with our $50K restaurant give-a-way!
