Pros

Time flexibility with some territory freedom.

Cons

At one moment in time; there was great synergy between the vision of the company, and those who carried out the mission. The company became very top heavy with attorneys and with serving top level management. The result was a mass exodus of great employees working hard being walked out the door. Management never took a moment to do some self analyzation. At the end of the day the company went from being publicly held to private status. The "word" was it was going to be better for all at hand. Seemingly, this was not the truth. As dips started to occur, the blame game came next, and not a re-group on strategy to get better as a company. The company clearly believes as sales employees, there should be "skin" in the game; this means expenses should be shared as the job is being done. The money that is needed to be an account executive is staggering. I am also taken back when RN establishes new policies, and does not vet them to be legal or otherwise. Please look another direction to save yourself great heartache.

Pros

--casual dress --flexible schedule, can work from home --eating out at various restaurants (but you can do that in lots of other industries as well)

Cons

CEO is out of touch, management is confused and all over the place, employees are a revolving door, most are not happy, employees are threatened and abused, outdated product to sell that is too expensive, suprised the company is still in business.

Pros

Discounts for eating at restaurants and you can wear jeans everyday.

Cons

PTO sucks, and NO BONUS for anyone below a director level - not even in IT. No year end bonus, holiday bonus or additional compensation. EXCEPT for directors and above. Management is compensated very very well while the little worker bees get paid nothing. Terrible yearly raises - less than 3%!!!! AND NO BONUS?? Who would stay?
