Micromanage to death

Pros

Direct Deposit to bank on payday

Cons

This company is very old and outdated. They claim that they're a cool tech company which brought shivers down my spine when they said it. Ever heard of As400? That's their operating system. Senior leadership team down to field employees are nearing retirement and mediocrity is the norm here. Most leaders have absolutely no idea how to lead people. Instead, they will micromanage you to death. Please see other reviews its true. If you're nearing retirement, this place might be for you - until they dump you cold. Proceed with caution. You've been warned.
