Pros

- Hybrid workweek, only one mandatory day in the office. - Good pay when factoring in the monthly bonus. - Coworkers were fun to work with.

Cons

High turnover company wide, resulting in unstable work loads. You can wind up with 3x the work load at a moments notice. Unpleasant work, better than cold calling but not by much. Company had grown revenue since coming under new ownership but struggles with profitability, which calls into question the company's future outlook.

Pros

As a member of the sales team at Rewards Network, I've had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the company's unwavering commitment to improvement and providing us with exceptional tools to excel in our roles. Management is always willing to listen to our feedback. Great corporate culture.

Cons

As a remote employee, it can be challenging for us to work on fostering relationships with our team. It's not a con at all but the culture of your team is heavily impacted by the attitude you bring.
