Pros

The culture around the office is hands down one of the main reasons why I love coming into work everyday! Everyone always has a positive attitude and great energy! Another thing I would like to point out is the transparency the upper management employees provide with everyone! The hard work you put in doesn't go unnoticed which ultimately will result in moving up in the company. Great location in Chicago as well! The HR team is amazing and only wants to see you succeed and will provide the right tools for you!

Cons

Honestly, no matter where you work or the type of job you're in there will always be something you wish you have the ability to change. For me I have nothing negative to say about Rewards Network!

Pros

Great training, managers, company culture.

Cons

A few difficulties for sales people when they are out in the field as far as on boarding clients and follow up. Lots of steps and meetings that hopefully will be streamlined
