Pros

Not much, really, considering the job market in for good sales professionals.

Cons

Very difficult and confusing sale, especially to uneducated restaurant owners. I just didn't believe in the product.

Pros

The only pro that I can think of is they give you a paycheck. Sure, you can work remotely and that is a plus if that suits you, but in the end, it does not help.

Cons

Mass executive exodus (again), micro managers, bait and switch of marketing services product. The product is no longer competitive and restaurants can see through it. Employee benefits are horrendous.

Pros

Made some good friends over the years

Cons

Members of this program are completely disinterested as the benefits are minuscule at best, Rewards is just taking mostly from the restaurants existing clients for a high price. It's a cover your butt, every man and woman for themselves mentality. Another CEO resigns spur of the moment, makes you wonder who's brilliant idea it was to investigate and fire sales reps for talking to ex employees. Couldn't there just have been a conference call saying not to talk to these people anymore. Whosever brilliant idea that was on legal team should follow The CEO out the door! How can sales reps feel safe knowing phone and text messages are monitored by big brother. If you are considering taking a job here and have other offers then take the other offer, this should be last resort. The companies reputation in the marketplace is terrible. Training is awful.
