Pros

Great Company to work for. Benefits and generous days off. Competitive wages

Cons

Not a lot of movement or opportunities for advancement in your areas. Older employees are on cruise control and have a “ You can’t fire me mentally “. Makes it hard for younger employees to climb the ladder. No bonuses or Holiday parties of any kind. Could use some more employee appreciation. Especially when it’s record years and months for sales.

Pros

Great working environment. Team collaboration is promoted. Strong leadership that understands the day to day issues our warehouse, counter, inside departments deal with. Lets you succeed with your talent and ideas. Focused on big picture success, not how many orders you wrote yesterday.

Cons

I would say the pay scale could use some restructuring. The pay range on some jobs can vary significantly without much reasoning behind it.
