Pros
The co-workers I worked with were lovely - good, enterprising sort of people, all trying hard to get the Rexel Group off the ground in terms of online presence and shopping.
Cons
Toxic, male-centric environment with other voices/opinions (African American voices, low on the totem pole voices and female voices/opinions) not listened to or heard. Also, several after-hour events that were optional but clearly, not optional if you wanted to get ahead in your career.
