Pros

Good company, good benefits, work to home life is good, employee pricing on material. Management is fair and is willing to work with you on needs with home life. They offer a lot of training courses with local vendors.

Cons

Pay is not up to par. Sometimes you have too many jobs to do for one person. Communication is missing on certain promotional sales items.

Pros

As with any job/company, it's about the people you work with and the boss you work for. I've found my boss to be supportive and fair, so I'm pleased with this company.

Cons

Sometimes the "company" makes it difficult for the "people" to do their jobs. Political nonsense can get in the way, as with most companies.
