      Pros

      the pay and benefits are decent, smokers get penalized though Good group of people for the most part Lots of free lunches for trainings etc Not micromanaged but that could be branch specific

      Cons

      people in management positions who clearly do t have the credentials (common sense, interest in sales over reports!) No written procedures for job titles/duties

      Pros

      I Enjoyed driving & enjoyed working with the customers. Enjoyed working with the co-workers & the stability of the job.

      Cons

      I had good repore with upper management until the last year I was there & then it was a real challenge with the new management. It was a real challenge to drive in rough winter weather in the mountains. However, I was willing to do it.
