Pros

Nice offices and salaries are paid on time

Cons

Bullying is endemic by the senior management team,. The financial team think that they can walk on water as they can do no wrong. Very talented employees are ignored or ridiculed. The board room is devoid of any ethical behaviour or common sense.

Pros

People I worked with were passionate about their work and the the people cared about each other and me. Thank you to them

Cons

Wow, this company allows its senior managers to bully colleagues, belittle and intimidate people into doing what they want, micro management, favouritism to the point of senior managers sleeping will frontline advisors and then paying them excessive wage increases above and beyond their worth and over that of their colleagues in the same roles. HR support and protect these senior managers.

Bullying "Director"

Pros

A handful of the staff were great. Offices were nice and modern with great kitchen facilities.

Cons

Bullying, victimising, patronising Director of a particular department. Extremely rude and condescending to his Manager and those below him on a regular but sporadic basis. Devoid of ever admitting to an error made by himself. Micromanaged, yet failed and refused to hand the reigns over to his team. Disparity between departments in terms of working from home and flexibility, mainly driven by one person in particular.
