      Pros

      The opportunity is there to succeed though those you work with may not be as interested in doing more and instead focus on just doing what they need to. Decent benefits and good people. If YOU manage your work life balance it is pretty great-if you don't then you won't have the balance.

      Cons

      The wrong management is staying in place with vague measurement metrics and the mindset of making it look like we are making changes instead of actually making change. A difficult hiring market means that we hang on to ineffective workers for fear of having no one instead of bringing in and properly training people.

      Great Benefits Great People that are knowledgeable in Industry. Good place to network within the Industry and to learn the trade.

      Cons

      There are so many negative things going on at this company. In most, if not all, departments there is a lack of direction, leadership, zero collaboration, many constant structure and business changes , negative morale, favoritism, chauvinistic upper Management, lazy staff, drama...list goes on. It seems the only thing that really matters to Management, HR and VP is their bonus, and recognition for not doing much. The "Rexel-Way" is a complete joke and is why there is such a high turnover rate, there needs to be an intervention by someone. This company has the potential to be the best, but it appears they're holding themselves back. Sad...and anyone thinking of joining Rexel needs to think twice and run.
