Pros

A handful of the staff were great. Offices were nice and modern with great kitchen facilities.

Cons

Bullying, victimising, patronising Director of a particular department. Extremely rude and condescending to his Manager and those below him on a regular but sporadic basis. Devoid of ever admitting to an error made by himself. Micromanaged, yet failed and refused to hand the reigns over to his team. Disparity between departments in terms of working from home and flexibility, mainly driven by one person in particular.

Pros

Web shop has the opportunity to be huge, just isn't pushed enough at branch level. Once 5pm hits there isn't a need to be working, it's optional - You'll never be asked to do more than necessary. Massive network around the country offering a lot more than other wholesalers.

Cons

Haven't had a single thing go right since my promotion at the start of the year. Ledger wrong, customers not being added. Management constantly leaving and changing. Given a car that is a year over lease with no date for a new one. Paying through the nose in company car tax because of it. Called fleet but no one cared then found out the Fleet Manager left. Constantly being beaten on pricing because so much is hidden behind the scene that the internal sales staff don't know how and what to price goods at. Senior staff always employing people outside of the business instead of promoting within - It took me forever to get a promotion. I was promised it over a year ago and only got it after a load of chasing. Bonuses always mess up for employees as well as customers - Constantly have customers chasing their rebates & prizes.
