Pros

- Many things to build, super challenging - Highly skilled employees - International company - Big wages - Crazy budgets for projects

Cons

- Huge culture of hierarchy, politics - Crazy culture of outsourcing where as there are strong employees - Superpower of subsidiaries, it can be frustrating for global projects - Dark atmosphere since beginning of 2017, with many turnover

Pros

Even though you are likely overworked and underpaid, you get a steady paycheck. The benefits and paid time off were average.

Cons

The work environment is toxic! In some departments you are subjected to discrimination and when you raise an issue with HR, they attempt to find a way to place the blame on the employee. You don't have a voice or an advocate.
