      The people at Rexel are excellent! Some of the best I've worked with.

      Cons

      Management of IT is in a poor state. It was really nice for years but has lost it's personality in the last few years.

      Great people at branch level.

      Cons

      The current CEO only wants to keep cutting costs, the U.K. Business has not grown under his leadership. He does not value employees and he is a bully.

      freedom to get the job done, strong organization structure, strong senior managers

      Cons

      benefits are constantly being clawed back, vacation time takes forever to earn, promotion is based on who you suckup to not on the best canditates. Junior employees very poorly paid
