No advancement Limited to no formal training A lot of turnover throughout the whole company makes standard procedures unclear. Elder employees are resistant to change or don't care. Upper management is trying to turn things around, but nobody truly buys into it when little action is done. Struggling financially. Always seem to be on a hiring freeze. No transparency about promotions or when being considered for another position. No bonuses.

Prehistoric relic that should be extinct! They have misguided management that see everything through rose tinted glasses, use and abuse staff, junior management use bully tactics to get what they want and the higher up's not only protect them but condone discriminatory behaviour. They also fire people at will, several good people fired for no reason while I was there, they tend to figure that with the salary ex staff cant afford lawyers so they are above the law! They are also very fond of firing long term staff, highly paid staff, and believe it disabled staff. They should be put out to pasture and forced to pay all those forced out the door one way or another!
