      Ruthless, heartless, bullying company. This ran throughout the business from Board to Senior Managers. Found any excuse to get rid of people they thought who were not pulling their weight. Manipulate situations to suit themselves. HR is totally unprofessional

      There are a few good people, very few, other than that, I can not think of Rexel's good points.

      Cons

      It is the most horribly managed company I have ever seen, from low level to VP's the company is filled with vapid, arrogant, unskilled and unaware of it managers. Moreover, they do not understand their market or customers, and they care to know. They are clueless about how to improve their market share or customer relationships. They have no loyalty to their employees and no sooner do they hire someone they start in with petty harrassment to make them quit. It is a revolving door of employees.
