Pros

The people who actually do work are great - friendly, communicative and always ready to help out. Even middle management mostly works (worked) to remove barriers rather than micromanage. Environment used to be laid back.

Cons

Pay is below market standard. PTO policy is quite mediocre. WFH is being gradually rolled back. Top management has been shifting around and the new suits continue to make strange choice after strange choice, seeming content to take the goodwill built up over the years and drive it into the ground for the sake of short-term profits.
