Business Outlook
Pros
Every person at my location is so nice and very helpful. My manager and the branch manager are always so positive. HR is also very helpful. There also appears to be a ton of room for growth as you can jump around from branch to branch if you see a job that better suits you.
Cons
Vacation and sick policy could be a little better. You accrue 10 sick days and 5 sick days over the course of a year. This is a big corporation, they should be able to offer more or at least offer all of the days up front as I cannot control when I get might get sick. Would also be nice for more of a hybrid work model as most stuff can be done at home once fully onboarded.
