      Pros

      Some great people work there. Sells Allen Bradley product only, so easy to tap into customers.

      Cons

      Management/Leadership in the territory is sub-par. If they do not like you or you are not friends with them they will basically force you out of the company. You are treated as a number and not a part of the team.

      There's this huge fake, insulting deal that we're part of the Rexel "family". Rexel is NOT part of my family. Rexel is an artifact, a corporation, the only priority of which is to make a profit. Employees are there to work while the stock holders make money. So stop the scam. I work, you pay a level of compensation.
