Decent benefits, financially solid. Company is growing and had a variety of holdings that potentially could allow for different opportunities.

Cons

Poor management, lack of understanding of soda market, no leadership. Management via email is not an effective or productive process, especially in a sales environment.

There are still some good people there to work with, you just have to know who to trust. They sell good brands.

Cons

Long hours for much less pay after Reyes took over. Never fully staffed. Anything but transparent. Favorites are picked because of age. Their way is the ONLY way!
