Pros

- Health insurance - maternity leave for fathers - free beer (even though it isn’t always the best selection)

Cons

- Cut routes and add those stops to other drivers - favoritism - fake upper management - they say they want you to advance but no clear program in advancing your career in certain positions. - only care for the sales department adding more tasks to the delivery team. - only worried about making money. - determined and moving towards to make sure drivers use all available 70 hours they can work in a week.

Came to this company with excitement to contribute and eagerness to learn. Quickly realized there is lack of training. You must self-train or seek connections. There is a 'fit in or your out' environment. Within the first month, they throw you into presenting projects with little or no notice. There is clear favoritism and team members are either in the dark or coddled, depending on the market/team they are in.
