Pros

Very good at teaching newly graduated people the basics Lots of experience Benefits are not the worst The salary while low is fine for entry My boss is pretty good all things considered

Cons

No path for growth The upper management is the main issue and constantly is butting heads with people who know what they're doing Benefits are well either fine or borderline bad Insulting pay if you stay past just getting experience Forced in office when most workers are not in same office/remote Office is suffocating and drab

Pros

Pretty much every pro comes with a caveat.

Cons

Free health insurance, but it's not very good coverage. Free breakfast and lunch, but most options are unhealthy or bland. Very cliquey and secretive culture. Management is an assortment of yes-people who have put up with corporate bureaucracy the longest. Plus occasional aggressive emails from upper management. Can and will fire you for things out of your control
