Fantastic opportunity for those fresh out of college or after a long hiatus from the private sector.

Cons

Pay is definitely below average, for all positions from what I can tell, and you must stand your ground on how much work you can complete in an 8hr day (company RARELY grants OT). If you are not clear about being overworked, you will find yourself buried to the point you can't breathe/burn out.
