      Pros

      They have some good employees.

      Cons

      Terrible management, from the CEO down. Seem like there very educated, but clearly don't understand how to manage the company or sell the product. Owned by an investment firm that ultimately wants to sell it and run, which will happen soon at a loss, because their competition is much more positioned in the marketplace.

      Generous PTO. Flexible work schedule. Positive co-workers.

      Cons

      Not able to take PTO. Performance review and pay increases not done timely. Very poor communication with management and staff. Staff treated unfairly. Little or no room for advancement, Poor work environment.
