Respected name in the business. Good name to show on a Resume

Cons

Little to no known internal process for things other companies this size have playbooks on. If you are looking to move to Rheem - ask what they have for back up or processes to help you. Otherwise like me you are standing in front of a customer saying "It's in process" for weeks. Fingers pointed, departments not responding to an e-mail or phone call. They seem to hire well, then never train or advance skills of employees.

I’ve also had the opportunity to work with several new team members, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to be part of a team where everyone brings unique strengths and is encouraged to make an impact. The company is evolving in smart ways, investing in its people, and creating an environment where innovation and continuous improvement are encouraged. The work feels meaningful, and the people make it even better.
