Cons

High employee turnover, derived from poor leadership and toxic atmosphere. No promotion possible as you get easily fired if you are considered better than current leaders. Clients refuse working with anyone representing this company due to their bad reputation.Lost of time.

Depending on your location and life situation the pay can be considered competitive

Cons

No WFH in this day and age. Old school tools and technologies. You will miss out on learning current tech that can give you an edge. You literally do not get any allowances and you don't even have a free HMO dependent. All they offer is salary which is fixed regardless of how experienced you are compared to other employees. Any decent company will provide you with non taxable allowances and benefits like insurance and HMO. Not only do they require WITO, they dont even give any allowances like transportation.
