Generous PTO and holidays , opportunity to gain experience.

Cons

Management & HR is unskilled and don’t know what they’re doing they lack knowledge of leadership. Promotions are given based on favoritism and not based on skills , experience or hard work most of the time. Micromanagement by managers is annoying.

They have a lot of benefits, pto days and holidays. And they do a lot of activities for the employees.

Cons

There’s a lot of favoritism, pay is very low for the amount of work you have to put in, they don’t promote from within so your work goes unnoticed.
