The CEO is a genius with new products, pricing and his Painted Picture of the Future is very motivating. Very visionary company. The COO and rest of the management team are respectful and are managing the 60-80% growth of the company extremely well.

What a difference we make to the motorist!! Recent study from the Virginia Department of Transportation shows that we reduce accidents by 22%. We are nearing our 2,000th signal that we have improved. Every year, literally every year our benefits improve. The management is caring and puts employees first. I look forward to coming to work and thank God to be able to be part of this team that is making a difference. 2015 we were listed as the 19th fastest growing company in Kansas City and for a 3rd year we were listed in the Inc 5000. I am proud to be a significant contributor to this growth. The management team has grown the company every year from 2007. This year also looks like we will grow over 65%.
