      Pros

      I have worked at Ria for over 4 years and have seen them mature as they have grown and grown rapidly. As expected, there are growing pains but they have made changes to improving benefits, bringing in better management and events at work are fun and impactful.

      Cons

      As the company grows, I hope they provide better opportunities for internal employees to be moved up.

      Pros

      You'll get to meet some of the coolest and smartest people in Denver. The developers all brought their best unique qualities to the team and the other teams were great at teamwork/collaboration.

      Cons

      After new management came in near the end of 2019, there was a lot of work being forced onto teams, ALOT of layoffs and people also leaving due to the demanding work ethic. The people you work besides in the Denver office are great, it's mainly the upper management team that needs to review their priorities. They value money more than people. Hopefully they have improved!

      Cons

      Every company will have some challenges and it is easy to fall behind in certain areas after many years with rapid growth and expansion. This is also an opportunity to scale up further and going to the next level.
