Cons

- Business requirements undergo frequent changes before, during, and after development. - They say it's a flexible working hours, but it's not. - Their so-called expansion involves relocating from Q Sentral to an older building in Plaza Sentral. - Despite good intentions to help, upper management comes across as rude and micro managing. - HR's onboarding was not smooth. - There are an excessive number of domains and databases. - The legacy systems lacks adherence to good coding practices.

Good location for public transport access and good team.

Cons

No room for improvement, no trainings, more foreigners in upper management, no opportunity to expand as these upper managerial positions are all foreigners with the company fr more than 10 years. Demotivated and lots of preferences. Easily get terminated.
