      Work can be exciting from time to time

      Cons

      Compensation is significantly lower compared to the market. Vacation is non existing and often not approved. Long hours without any appreciation. Company offers 15% discount on Euronet stocks but don't be a fool to purchase it, their stocks are constantly falling down and investors are panicking. Monthly reduction in force (they don't call it layoffs). Getting rid of top performers because they are expensive.

      Some people do treat you as family which can be refreshing

      Cons

      Repeated reorganizations disrupt team cohesion and long-term technical architecture planning. Senior engineers are frequently included in cost-alignment reductions. Loss of institutional knowledge leads to recurring system fragility and delayed releases. Technical leadership often spends more time defending headcount than investing in innovation. Engineering morale is impacted by uncertainty regarding role stability.
