Pros

I can't say there are any pros

Cons

I was enrolled in the FSA plan the company offered. The plan has a rollover amount, however nothing I had contributed the previous year rolled over. I realized this when I tried paying for an exam with my fsa card. The account didn't have sufficient funds, only the new contribution (a small amount) was available. I spoke to HR several times and they kept saying it was an error that had happened to everyone, and eventually the rollover funds would become available. I have left the company due to it's lack of carrier opportunities, unprofessional management and mediocre benefits. The rollover amount never appeared and I was not able to file reimbursement claims for medical expenses I incurred while still employed at RIA.

Pros

Very relaxed, the store I worked at was small so I was the one who open or close depending on my shift. All by my self, my store was so organized and will always get cleaned. When it comes to the job is computer and money management and honestly very easy. Loved it

Cons

Horrible costumers, out of 20 costumers 15 of them are mean, aggressive and have a tendency to get upset if you are a new worker because you don’t know their names to get them through the computer faster. They are mainly old people and cranky, they will sometimes make comments that will make you feel harassed. And yep “costumer is always right”. Also the older coworkers will get the best shifts ( the slowest shifts) and more free time and vacations then you.
