Lots of opportunities to get training for different tasks that will build your resume. They use specific methods that are less common at other universities so it builds your portfolio of skills.

Cons

You can will be expected to work long hours regularly. Often hard work goes unrecognized. There's a bit of a work until your drop mentality in the division. Lots of turnover.
