The work is challenging, and coworkers are incredibly supportive. Campus is beautiful and the vibe is easy going.

Cons

Upper management/Executives are detached. Compensation needs to be up to market rate.

Beautiful campus in a diverse city. Worked with some interesting people.

Cons

Very low pay, too much work, a boss that was paid horribly and miserably stressed out because of it and as such could not be an effective manager. Just another university (business) that cares more about it's students (customers) than its faculty and their well being.
