Lots of smart people having incredibly in depth conversations keep you engaged, the campus is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the sprawling city. Students are brilliant and committed to making the world better!

Cons

Flat, very little room to grow or get promoted, people stay for a very long time. Not all the colleges and departments work together or even talk to each other, somewhat siloed.
